It’s been fifteen years, but she’ll never forgot the man she slept with that night.

Mostly because she’s certain he’s her teenage daughter’s father.

But now Terri Reid is doing everything in her power to track him down so that she can introduce him to Chanell.

Daily Mail writes that the single mother (now 32) only remembers that the man was Welsh and “tall, dark and handsome”.

“I explained to her the situation and she understood and now I think she's old enough to grasp it fully,” Terri says.

“I want to do it for her, to help her find him.”

Terri, who’s from Blackpool in England, was out with a friend and the friend’s brother when she met the unknown man in a nightclub, Wales Online reports.

“It’s not there anymore and I can’t remember its name,” Terri says of the nightclub.

The pair got talking and then went back to her friend’s flat, which Terri says was above a Chinese takeaway.

“The next day we went our separate ways and he went back to his hotel in the town.”

But nine months later, Terri, a mental health nurse, gave birth to a little baby girl who she’s sure is the man’s daughter, writes The Sun.

“It's unfortunate it was a one night stand. I admit that was maybe wrong but I have a beautiful daughter from it.

“She's wanted for nothing growing up. She's happy and my big family have helped and been great.”

Two years ago, Chanell (now 14) started asking questions about her father. That was when Terri explained the situation to her.

“We don't want anything from him, just that Chanell would like to know who her dad is.

“She wants to do this appeal with me so here we are. We are trying to see if he's still out there.”
