Hot and spicy – just what you need on a cold winter's day.

Serves 6

Preparation time: 5 min

Cooking time: 30 min

  • 500 g beef mince
  • 15 ml (1 T) chilli powder
  • 400 g (1 can) barlotti beans, drained
  • 60 ml (¼ c) water
  • 410 g (1 can) tomato and onion mix

1.    Cook the mince and chilli powder in a saucepan over medium heat until the mince is browned, stirring to crumble the meat. 2.    Add the beans, water and tomato mix and simmer for 20 minutes. 3.    Ladle the chilli into bowls and serve hot.
