AnnaLynne McCord is doing a skydive to raise money for victims of slavery.

The former 90210 actress is currently attempting to raise $10,000 (R106 000)  for Friends for Mankind fundraising initiative.

And despite being terrified of the prospect of jumping out of a plane, AnnaLynne is determined to do her bit to raise awareness of sex trafficking throughout the world.

AnnaLynne is being joined by Sharknado star Cassie Scerbo and TRON: Legacy actress Serinda Swan for the skydive.

Posting a picture of the trio posing up, AnnaLynne wrote: “We're doing it again, Girls!! @SerindaSwan thanks 4 always getting us out of our comfort zones #18for18 @CassieScerbo.”

She added: “TY 4 ur support! #endslavery #18for18 I'm jumping out of a plane #SelfInflictedFear on behalf of those who don't choose fear & yet live n it.”

But AnnaLynne is also keen to get some even bigger names on board to raise even more awareness of the cause.

“Wonder if @MileyCyrus or @justinbieber would jump 2 help #endslavery ? They're risk-takers. #mileycyrus #justinbieber,” she tweeted.

AnnaLynne, 27, is herself encouraging people to donate to the cause by offering thank you pictures, follows on Twitter and signed pictures depending on how much is given.

A description of the fundraising aims from Friends to Mankind reads: “This year we are trying to raise $100,000 (R1 million) to fund rescue missions and rehabilitation for the victims of sex trafficking around the world.”

Since the end of 90210 AnnaLynne has had roles in Dallas and is currently filming television movie Killer Photo.
