At home with laid-back Locnville

They moved into their new home only a few months ago and already groupies know exactly where to find the sexy guys of Locnville.

It’s not unusual for brothers Brian and Andrew Chaplin to find smitten female fans camping outside their house.

“It’s kind of creepy!” Brian says with a laugh.

But it’s easy to see why these identical twins spark such passion. Blessed with good looks as well as musical talent they rocketed to fame in 2010 with their hit Sun in My Pocket. And they haven’t looked back.

One of the perks of their success is being able to afford a double-storey house in Hout Bay, Cape Town – not bad for guys who’ve just turned 22.

Life is clearly good but they’ve been so busy that decorating the house hasn’t been a priority.

They have the bare necessities however – a studio where they can record their songs, a PlayStation 3 and a braai right in the middle of their open-plan lounge/dining room for their “legendary” parties.

“And the coolest thing is the beach is close by,” Andrew adds.
