An Irishman called Paddy McManus, while not blessed with a brilliant mind, is a gifted portrait artist.
Over the years his fame has grown and people from all over Ireland come to his village to have him paint their likeness.
One day a beautiful young Englishwoman arrives at his house in a stretch limo and offers him a huge amount of money to paint
her in the nude.
It’s the first time anyone has made such a request and Paddy is a bit perturbed.
Not wanting any marital strife he asks the woman to wait while he goes to confer with his wife.
After a few minutes he returns. “It would be me pleasure to paint your portrait, miss,”he says.
“My wife says it’s okay for me to paint you in the nude but I must at least leave me socks on so I’ll have somewhere to wipe me
brushes.”
