Beyoncé Knowles has revealed her workout secrets.

The 33-year-old singer is known for her incredible figure and athletic prowess.

And now the mother-of-one has let fans in on just how she maintains such a physique.

'I am excited to be part of this effort that addresses a public health crisis'

Beyoncé posted a short video on her Instagram page on Thursday, to support First Lady Michelle Obama’s Let’s Move campaign. To mark the fifth anniversary of the campaign, the First Lady enlisted the help of her most famous friends to share five different reasons to stay healthy. And in her video, Beyoncé is seen wearing black and white leggings and a black T-shirt as she works through exercises including leg lifts, lunges and jab punches with weights in her hands.

The First Lady came up with the campaign to encourage healthy eating in a bid to combat the obesity crisis in the United States.

And Beyoncé is no stranger to lending her support to the movement.

Back in 2011, the Drunk in Love star used her track Get Me Bodied to make a music video entitled Move Your Body.

The video was aimed at children, attempting to encourage them to use dance as a form of exercise.

Shortly after releasing the video, Beyoncé delighted students at a public school in New York when she turned up as a surprise guest and led them in a dance routine.

Speaking previously about her desire to support the Let’s Move campaign, Beyoncé said: "I am excited to be part of this effort that addresses a public health crisis. First Lady Michelle Obama deserves credit for tackling this issue directly, and I applaud the NAB Education Foundation for trying to make a positive difference in the lives of our schoolchildren."
