Book: James Patterson and Howard Roughan – Don't blink

New York’s Lombardo’s Steak House is famous for three reasons – the menu, the clientele, and now, the gruesome murder of an infamous Mob lawyer.

The murder is witnessed by reporter Nick Daniels who is conducting an interview with a legendary baseball star at a

nearby table. Shocked and shaken, he doesn’t realise he has accidentally captured a key piece of evidence on his digital recorder.

As Nick becomes further embroiled in the crime and its investigation he finds his life is in danger.

While not quite up to the same standard as Patterson’s Alex Cross series, his latest joint writing collaboration is still bound to be a hit with readers.

The action is fast and furious, the chapters short and the result is a book you can’t put down until you’ve finished it. A gripping read.
