Chicken mayonnaise with mashed potatoes & peas

This chicken dish is affordable, tasty and enough for four people.

  • 6 chicken pieces
  • salt and pepper
  • RUB: 60 ml (¼ c) mayonnaise B 15 ml (1 T) lemon juice B handful of coriander, chopped
  • MASH: 6 potatoes, boiled and peeled
  • 250 ml (1 c) peas
  • 15 ml (1 T) butter

Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Mix the rub ingredients and spread over the chicken. Arrange on the baking sheet and bake for 40-45 minutes. Mash: Mash the potatoes. Add the peas and butter
