Chris Brown's fresh assault accusations

According to TMZ, a woman claims she was "forcibly" thrown off a tour bus in Colorado, with the singer at the centre of the investigation.

It's believed the incident occurred outside Platinum 84 Gentleman's Club in Denver on Monday, when Chris, French Montana and Fetty Wap were shooting a music video.

The woman, who was not part of the shoot, says she was forcibly thrown from the vehicle when she refused to give him her cell phone, which she says broke during the reported scuffle. According to the website, there was a mobile phone ban to stop any part of the video leaking.

The woman filed a report for third degree assault and TMZ claims police consider Chris and his crew "persons of interest". It's believed the cops are keen to interview Chris and the other two rappers.

This would hardly be Chris' first run-in with the law.

The 26-year-old assaulted his then-girlfriend Rihanna in 2009, accepting a plea deal of community labour, five years' formal probation, and domestic violence counselling. In March this year, his probation formally ended.

Chris was also involved in an altercation with fellow musician Drake in 2012, but they put their differences aside in 2014.

In 2013 a scrap with Frank Ocean followed, but he decided not to press charges against Chris.

Later that year, Chris was arrested for a felony assault in Washington, D.C., with Chris spending 36 hours in jail after the incident.

He voluntarily entered rehab after, but was kicked out less than a month after his arrival. He was then sentenced to 90 days in anger management rehab and the deal was he would go to jail if he left.

He was kicked out for violating internal rules in 2014 and sent to prison. He was given an early release in June last year.
