Actor Daniel Radcliffe doesn't think anyone has ever had a good word to say about social media.

The Harry Potter star has a massive fan base thanks to the movie franchise, but he has no intention of interacting with them on sites including Twitter and Snapchat.

"I don’t have social media… I have a Google Plus,” he told Marc Maron’s WTF podcast . “I never hear somebody talking about it who’s happy about it. I never hear somebody saying, ‘Oh, I can’t wait to check my Twitter!' It’s not, like, an act of social rebellion. Like, I don’t give a s**t if you have Twitter. I don’t have strong feelings about it. As long as you’re not being a d**k, you can do anything you like."

Daniel is so busy working on films including Victor Frankenstein and Now You See Me: The Second Act he doesn't even think he has time for chatting to people online.

The star gets annoyed when others look at him like he's from another planet for not being addicted to his phone.

"But, like, the other day somebody said to me… they were talking about Snapchat, and they were like, ‘How can you not have Snapchat?’ and I was like, ‘I just don’t have it!'” he continued. “The only moments I come to resent that are when people look at you like you’re weird for not doing it. It’s like, I’m not resisting anything, I’m just not into it.”

In the wide ranging interview, Daniel also talked about his relationship with Erin Darke. The couple has been together for three years but the 26-year-old admitted they are in no rush to take the next step in their romance.

"One day, definitely, I’d love to be a dad,” he said. “Maybe it’s totally selfish and the wrong reason to want kids, but I’m like… Something that makes you that focused on something that’s not you is always appealing to me.”
