The world's first drinkable sunscreen claims to be as effective, if not more so, than regular sun tan lotions.

The world's first drinkable sunscreen has been launched.

Harmonised H20 UV claims to provide drinkers with sun protection factor (SPF) 30, meaning sun worshippers and holidaymakers could be able to soak up the rays without lathering on dozens of layers of sun tan lotion.

Once the liquid has been drunk it reportedly vibrates on the skin, cancelling out nearly 100 per cent of UVA and UVB rays, according to it's parent brand Osmosis Skincare.

There are two varieties available - one for those who want complete protection from the sun, and one for those who want to get a tan while protecting themselves from getting burnt.
