Are we really so silly we need these labels (beware, you'll totally LOL!).

It seems the human race is doomed because of stupidity – check these actual label instructions on consumer goods:

On a hairdryer: “Do not use while sleeping.”

On a bag of chips: “You could be a winner! Details inside. No purchase necessary.”

On a bar of soap: “Directions: Use like regular soap.”

On a frozen dinner: “Serving suggestion: Defrost.”

On the bottom of a tiramisu dessert box: “Do not turn upside down.”

On a bread pudding box: “Product will be hot after heating.”

On packaging for a clothes iron: “Do not iron clothes on body.”

On a bottle of children’s cough medicine: “Do not drive a car or operate machinery after taking this medication.”

On a bottle of sleeping pills: “Warning: May cause drowsiness.”

On a box of Christmas lights: “For indoor or outdoor use only.”

On a Chinese-made food processor: “Not to be used for the other use.”

On a packet of peanuts: “Warning: contains nuts.”

On a packet of airline nuts: “Instructions: Open packet, eat nuts.”

On a child’s Superman costume: “Wearing of this garment does not enable you to fly.”

On a Swedish-made chainsaw: “Do not attempt to stop chain with your hands or genitals.”
