Makes about 24 bars
- 250 g dark chocolate, melted
- 750 ml (3 c) each Rice Krispies and Coco Pops
- 100 g mixed nuts, chopped
- 50 ml (1 c) desiccated coconut
- Handful chopped dried fruit for sprinkling on top
You may also like: Rice Krispie custard slices
1 Mix all the ingredients together (excluding the fruit) and pour into a square tin.
2 Top with dried fruit, lightly press into the mixture.
3 Leave to set and cut in bars or squares.
