Fish and potato bake

Total bliss - and all in one single dish

Serves 4

Preparation time: 15 min

Cooking time: 35 min

300 g hake fillets, sliced

2 potatoes

45 ml (3 T) oil

salt and pepper

1    Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Grease an ovenproof casserole.

2    Arrange the fish, skin side down, in the casserole.

3    Slice the potatoes thinly, rub with the oil and season with salt an pepper. Arrange on top of the fish and bake for 35 minutes or until the potatoes are golden.
