Ginnifer Goodwin says her husband Josh Dallas is a Prince Charming in real life.

The actor stars as the hero alongside his real-life wife in hit TV show Once Upon a Time.

'Even if we squabble he makes me laugh so I can’t even stay angry'

And while speaking at the People’s Choice Awards in Los Angeles on Wednesday night, looking stunning in a white skater-style dress, Ginnifer claimed her spouse is just as dashing in reality.

“I married Prince Charming!’ she told E!’s Ross Matthews on the red carpet. “Such a cliché! I’m a lucky girl and we have a gorgeous, ridiculous kid.”

The 36-year-old actress added while she is madly in love with her other half, his ability to always make her laugh proves frustrating at times.

“He makes me laugh so much,” Ginnifer shared. “Even if we squabble he makes me laugh so I can’t even stay angry, which is kind of it’s own level of frustrating.”

Ginnifer gave birth to a son, her first child with Josh, back in May. And she admits welcoming her little boy into the world has made her life complete.

Ginnifer and Josh may also have something else to celebrate, as their roles in Once Upon a Time have seen them nominated for Favourite TV Duo.

But Ginnifer insists just being nominated for the award is an honour in itself.

“It’s such a cliché and it doesn’t sound true,” she said. “But the nominations are such an honour, we don’t really care who wins.”

Ginnifer and Josh weren’t the only celebrity couple to make an appearance at the event.

Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard also enjoyed a night out – one of their first after the birth of their daughter Delta two weeks ago.

And Kristen, who also has a one-year-old daughter Lincoln with husband Dax, admitted being a mother-of-two is taking its toll on her.

“I’m in a sleepy daze, I’m not positive where I am right now,” she said.

Kristen also revealed Dax was responsible for choosing the moniker for their second daughter.

“It’s Dax, he keeps picking these awesome names,” she told E!’s Giuliana Rancic.
