Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin are reportedly not seeking any spousal support from each other.

In addition, the pair will both be paying their own legal fees.

Gwyneth is apparently seeking joint custody of the pair’s children Apple, 10, and nine-year-old Moses.

The documents are also said to reveal that while the pair announced their split last April, they actually ended their relationship almost a year previously.

“Divorce documents obtained by Radar list the separation date as May 6, 2013, a year before the split was announced,” the website states.

The pair have remained on extremely civil terms ever since then and recently holidayed with their kids in Mexico. It’s claimed this vacation is where they decided to officially divorce.

Chris, 38, has been rumoured to be dating Hunger Games actress Jennifer Lawrence, 24, for some time and 42-year-old Gwyneth was recently pictured for the first time with Glee co-creator Brad Falchuk, who she has been linked to since last year.

It was reported on Monday that the stars had signed off on a divorce agreement.

“Gwyneth and Chris have been using their business managers to hash out a settlement agreement involving both property and custody,” stated TMZ.
