Actress Gwyneth Paltrow isn't remotely afraid of ageing, insisting she has earned every grey hair on her head.

The 43-year-old juggles her movie career with motherhood and running her lifestyle publication, Goop, but she isn't worried about her hectic lifestyle taking a toll on her looks.

"I earned these grey hairs," she laughed to People magazine. "I really am not afraid of getting older."

And age isn't slowing her down - the Oscar winner has just launched a non-toxic skincare line with Juice Beauty - a follow-up project to her recent make-up line with the brand.

"Women deserve to have a really effective, beautifully made product that's non-toxic and organic," she explained of the collection, which launches on 1 March 2016.

Gwyneth doesn't just rely on cosmetics to give herself a boost, even if they are chemical-free, telling People what key things she believes women need in their lives to feel fantastic.

"I think it's really important to be happy, and I think women get happy by being authentic," she says. "But I also believe in exercise, eating well, drinking lots of water, sex, sleeping and being around people who make you feel good. And I think that glow that you get in life comes from a combination of all those things."

The Shakespeare in Love actress unveiled her cosmetics line last month and discussed how she settled on the 78 shades of foundation, eye colour, lipstick and face make-up with Allure magazine.

"I said, 'Here is the best gloss or concealer or eyeliner - we need to recreate it,'" she said. "God bless every brand for the past however-many years that's made natural make-up, but it's not long-lasting, red-carpet make-up."

Gwyneth's focus was on cosmetics which would last but also didn't contain petroleum, artificial fragrance or parabens, among other 'nasty' ingredients.

The range costs between $20 (£13) for an eyeliner to $48 (£33) for make-up brushes.
