Thanks to counselling Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux to spend more time together in 2014

After putting their wedding on hold, Jennifer Aniston (44) and Justin Theroux(42) have reportedly now vowed to spend more time together in 2014. The engaged couple, who got tongues wagging their relationship was on rocky ground after no nuptials were forthcoming, have now apparently made plans for a New Year sunshine break in Jen’s favourite holiday spot – Mexico. According to a source they’re “fully committed” to each other but work commitments this year meant “their [wedding] plans went astray”.

'They’re determined that next year will be different'

“They have had some counselling. They both regret not spending more time together this year and they’re determined that next year will be different,” the source adds. The pair recently moved into their newly renovated $21 million Bel Air mansion. However, according to a pal of the Friends star, she will spend more time in New York next year to be closer to Justin while he films the TV movie The Leftovers. As for their highly anticipated wedding, the source adds, they’re now looking at it “like a party for their friends, they’ve downgraded the scale of their wedding. Justin is adamant it will happen in 2014 but that it will be more ‘spontaneous and organic’ than they'd previously wanted.” - Nici de Wet
