Kanye West’s New York Fashion Week show was a star-studded event on Thursday.

The rapper debuted his collaboration with Adidas – Yeezy Season 1, which included the Yeezy Boost sneaker – with a number of his A-list friends showing their support by sitting front-row.

Proud wife Kim Kardashian and daughter North were flanked by such big-name pals as Jay Z and Beyoncé Knowles, Sean ‘Puff Daddy’ Combs, Rihanna, Justin Bieber, Russell Simmons, 2 Chainz, Big Sean, Lewis Hamilton, Hailey Baldwin and Vogue editor-in-chief Anna Wintour.

While sisters-in-law Khloé Kardashian and Kendall Jenner also attended the presentation, the 37-year-old designer enlisted Kylie Jenner to walk in his show. The 17-year-old held her own against much more seasoned models as she donned the decidedly odd-looking athletic wear. Taking to Instagram, the teenager thanked her brother-in-law for giving her the opportunity. “Kanye X Adidas. Thank u to Yé for believing in me,” she wrote accompanying a photo of her backstage with sister Kim, as Kanye sat in the background in deep discussion with Anna.

Not to be outdone by her younger sibling, 34-year-old Kim was also sporting her own similar head-to-toe Yeezy ensemble. It consisted of a transparent brown body stocking, matching knickers, charcoal crop top, brown leg warmers, black suede boots and a camouflage bomber jacket, and Kanye told the crowd his inspiration for the collection was the 2011 London Riots. The star took to social media to share a number of photos both of herself and her husband, in which she gushed about his amazing design talent. “Backstage at the Yeezy show!!!!! So proud of my baby!!!! This moment is here!!! He has worked so hard on this collection!!! Adidas x Yeezy!!!! Kylie x Kim x Kanye x Anna #NYFW (sic),” she exclaimed.

However, it seems that not everyone was a fan of Kanye’s fashion show. Daughter North, who was sitting in her mother’s lap during proceedings in her own custom child’s size version of one of her father’s designs, had to be removed after she began crying hysterically. Website Complex revealed that the 20-month-old was relegated to watching from backstage so as not to disrupt the rest of the show, which included a performance by contemporary artist Vanessa Beecroft.
