Khloé Kardashian insists waist trainers “never hurt nobody”.

The 31-year-old reality star and her famous siblings have been criticised for using the corsets to compress their midsections by those who claim the trainers can damage internal organs.

However, Khloé certainly isn’t worrying about any potential damage to her innards, posting a shot of herself showing off her impossibly small waist while wearing the trainer on her Instagram page.

'Im obsessed with the gym but a little extra help never hurt nobody'

“Im obsessed with the gym but a little extra help never hurt nobody @waistgangsociety and @premadonna8,” Khloé wrote alongside the picture. “Keep my waist snatched and posture perfect. Once you try it, you will become obsessed!!! Head over to the ONLY place to get your waist trainer!!!(sic)” In the picture, Khloé is seen wearing a low-cut black top and shorts with the corset pulling in her waist.

The star and her sisters Kim and Kourtney are all huge fans of waist trainers, and frequently post pictures of themselves wearing the devices.

However, TV doctor Paul Nassif, who works on E! program Botched, recently gave an interview in which he said the trainers can cause severe damage.

“I’m worried about the effects a trainer on the lower intestines with pushing the contents into the pelvic region,” Paul said.

“Basically, there is potential for internal organ compression causing kidney, gastrointestinal and lung issues.”

Khloé has been flaunting her ‘revenge body’ in recent months now she is officially single after her divorce from Lamar Odom was finalised.

She is understood to have lost around 35lbs, but her family are apparently becoming concerned about her obsession with exercising.

“Khloé is saying she still wants to lose 15 more pounds but her family think she is already scarily skinny,” an insider told British magazine New! “She spends two hours training first thing, including an hour with her trainer, and another hour and a half in the afternoon doing another form of exercise like spinning, yoga or Pilates.”
