Kourtney Kardashian is reportedly trying to 'shock' her body into shape.

The reality star has three kids - Mason, five, Penelope, three, and eight-month-old Reign - with ex Scott Disick, who she split from earlier this summer after nearly ten turbulent years together. Since their breakup the 36-year-old has been flaunting her figure on social media and is apparently determined to look better than ever.

"Kourtney wanted to feel better about herself after the break-up with Scott and started a gruelling regime of daily 90-minute sessions to try and 'shock' her body into shaping up. She mixes it up with strength training, toning exercises, and also does swimming, hiking, running and boxing," a source told British magazine Closer.

Her diet also plays a part in her new schedule and Kourtney is said to tuck into six meals a day, grazing on yoghurt and nuts in between.

Younger sister Khloé is helping too after an impressive body transformation as of late. Not that slim Kourtney needs much help.

"She's so much more toned and feels sexier than ever," the source added. "She's getting a lot of attention from men, including some old flames who have got in touch. She's not ready to start dating just yet, but the attention is a huge boost to her confidence."

In June Kourtney's trainer Don Brooks shared secrets about the brunette beauty's exercise regime and even revealed some of her favourite moves.

"The plank is a favourite, but we take it to another level opening and closing the legs like scissors while at the same time raising and dropping the hips!" he told E! News. "So not only are you strengthening the core but also timing the hips, thighs and waist."
