Liam Gallagher could see his 10-month-old only under supervision

American journalist Liza Ghorbani wants sole custody of her and Liam Gallagher's 10-month-old daughter, Gemma.

Liza is seeking full custody in a US court, requesting the British rocker be allowed to see Gemma, whom he’s not yet met, only under supervision.

The revelation Liam (41) was her father led to his split from wife singer Nicole Appleton.

A source told the New York Post newspaper, “Ghorbani is seeking sole custody of Gemma and asking the court to impose supervised visitation upon Gallagher – if he ever decides to meet and visit his daughter.

"Her concern is he still lives the life of a rock star, and she wouldn't want to leave the child in his care.

"Liam has never seen Gemma nor spoken to her, nor has he expressed any interest in how she’s doing."

Liza, who became involved with Liam after interviewing him in 2010, is suing the star for child support, but the case has been delayed because The Roller singer has been slow to provide evidence of his earnings to the court in New York.

“He still hasn’t produced any financial documents after delaying the proceeding for months,” the source added. “There was a two-month delay to seek testing to prove his paternity, then a six-week delay to seek a confidentiality order.

“Gallagher's deposition cannot go forward until he produces his financial records, which he continues to fail to do.”

Since splitting from Nicole, Liam has moved to a new house in London and is living with his former personal assistant, Debbie Gwyther.

Liam also has three other children – son Gene (12) with Nicole, Lennon (14) with first wife actress Patsy Kensit and Molly (15) with singer Lisa Moorish. - Bang Showbiz Share your thoughts:
