Lindsey Vonn thinks boyfriend Tiger Woods’ children are “amazing”, just like their father.

The Olympic skier has been dating the professional golfer since 2013. And having spent plenty of time with his children – daughter Sam, seven, and son Charlie, six – with whom he shares custody with ex-wife Elin Nordegren, the 30-year-old can’t help but gush over what wonderful kids they are.

“They’re great. They’re amazing kids, and he’s an amazing father,” Lindsey told People magazine at the New York premiere of The Age of Adaline on Sunday night.

'I feel privileged to be along for the ride'

“You know, I feel privileged to be along for the ride, and I help as much as I can. They’re great kids – I love ’em.”

With Lindsey’s relationship with Tiger (39) going from strength to strength, the couple have been making more and more public appearances both together and with his children. Most recently, Lindsey watched on proudly as Sam and Charlie got suited up to play the role of caddies for their famous father and even hit a few balls themselves during the Masters Par 3 Contest at Augusta, Georgia on April 8.

Lindsey has been taking it easy, enjoying plenty of quality time with Tiger and his kids as she recovers from a devastating knee injury which saw her unfit to compete in the Sochi 2014 Winter Olympics.

While she admits the road to recovery has been long, she told the publication she’s “finally healthy” and excitedly gearing up for the next Winter Olympics.

“It’s been a long road, but I’m really proud of where I’ve come and how far I’ve gotten. My knee’s really good; I’m finally healthy,” she happily revealed. “I’m just trying to ski, and we’ve got three more years until the next Olympics, so I’m getting ready for those.”
