Shortly after sharing the good news that his three-year-old son is "progressing well" from his cancer diagnosis, Michael Buble celebrated by releasing the music video for his new single, I Believe In You.

Starring Emmy Award winning dancer/choreographer Derek Hough, the video (which Hough also directed) is a romantic love story about a couple moving through the various stages of their lives together and how love ultimately can endure. It was inspired by both Michael's lyrics and Derek's own observation of his grandparents who danced every day of their lives.

“It’s been a pleasure to work on this project – a positive story about everlasting love. Sending all that energy to Michael and his wonderful family #believeinyou,” wrote Derek (whose sister is fellow dancer/actor Julianne Hough) on his Facebook page about directing the video.

Michael (41) has been on a break from his career to focus on his eldest son, Noah, while he's being treated for liver cancer. His wife Luisana, with whom he has another son, Elias, announced the shock news of his diagnosis last November.

The video has been warmly received by fans, who continue to send well wishes to the Canadian singer and his family.

I Believe in You is the second single from Micheal’s Nobody But Me album, which debuted last October at No 2 on the Billboard Top 200 Charts.
