“We’re trying to get him professional help.”

Paul Landman, the man from Roodepoort who went missing on Monday afternoon, has been found.

His wife Michelle told YOU on Wednesday that Paul was in Cape Town.

“We can breathe a massive sigh of relief,” she said.

Paul left home on Monday morning for work but never arrived. Michelle and her family were worried sick and called nearby hospitals to inquire if there were any serious accidents.

The morning of his disappearance, Paul apparently withdrew money at an ATM.

“On Wednesday afternoon, he phoned his sister, Vera, who lives in Cape Town, to ask if they could meet up somewhere,” explained Michelle.

Vera could not be reached for comment.

“We don’t know his reason for unexpectedly leaving for Cape Town.

"His sister says he was emotional and it seems as if he were under a lot of stress.

“We’re trying to get him professional help,” she added.

According to Michelle, Paul showed no signs of wanting to leave.

“At a braai Saturday evening, we even planned that we wanted to go to Clarens some time.”

Paul is currently still staying with his sister in Cape Town.
