Mustard crushed potatoes

This recipe is ideal if you don't have a lot of time and need to prepare a side dish for a braai

Serves 4-6

Preparation time: 10 min

Cooking time: 15-20 min

6 potatoes, peeled and cubed salt and freshly ground black pepper 45 ml (3 T) wholegrain mustard 40 g butter

  1. Boil the potato cubes in salted water until soft and drain.
  2. Add the mustard and butter to the hot potato cubes and stir to mix. Crush with a fork.
  3. Season with salt and pepper and serve hot.
