Naan pizza

Get rid of leftovers with this deliciously clever snack. Perfect for lunchboxes!

Serves 4 Preparation: 10 min Cooking: 10 min


  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • ¼ cucumber, grated and squeezed to remove excess water
  • 60 g plain yoghurt
  • ½ lemon juice
  • handful mint leaves, chopped
  • salt and pepper


  • 2 naan breads
  • 15 ml (1 T) olive oil
  • 1 ml (¼ t) coriander seeds
  • ½ red onion, finely sliced
  • 2 chicken breasts, cooked and sliced
  • 6 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • handful rocket leaves

Preheat the oven to 200 °C.

1. Yoghurt dressing Mix all of the ingredients together and season with salt and pepper.

2. Naan pizza Place the naans on a lined baking sheet, brush with the oil and scatter the coriander seeds, onion, chicken and tomatoes on top. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes. Spoon over the dressing, top with rocket leaves and serve.
