It's holiday time, it's summertime - and it's 'let's feast' time ... the Mexican way

Serves: 4

Preparation time: 5 min

Cooking time: 8 min

1 packet (250 g ) nachos

15 ml (1 T) smoked paprika

70 g pork sausage, sliced

250 ml (1 c) grated Cheddar cheese

20 g sundried tomatoes

small handful of chives, chopped

plain yoghurt

1    Preheat the oven to 180 °C.

2    On a baking sheet mix the nachos, paprika, sausage and cheese.

3    Bake in the oven for 8 minutes or until the cheese has melted and nachos start to brown.

4    Sprinkle the sundried tomatoes and chives over and dot with yoghurt.
