Oats Smoothie

This creamy smoothie tastes like an indulgent milkshake, but is packed with goodness!

(Serves 1)

You'll need:

1 small banana

3 heaped tbsp. yoghurt; plain and low fat

2 tbsp. milk

3 tbsp. water

2 heaped tbsp. raw oats

1 handful baby spinach

Place all the ingredients in a blender and mix well. Enjoy at room temperature.
