A lot can change in six years.

But Rozonno Jr, Elijah, Olivia, Madison, Josiah and Issac are still too cute for words.

The sextuplets were born in Columbus, Ohio in 2010 to Rozonno and Mia McGhee, who had battled with fertility issues before they were able to conceive.

This year, the family of eight, who star in reality show Growing up McGhee, returned to Brian's studio to recreate the lovely portrait.

For their do-over, Rozonno and Mia's four sons and two daughters donned nude-coloured shirts, and lay sprawled out on their pops in similar positions.

But it wasn't quite as simple as that. Brian revealed the photo took 15 minutes to shoot, because two of the siblings had to be shot at a time.

The final image was created by pulling the different photos together in Photoshop -- which was how Brian created the effect the first time too.

Brian, who took the pics with the help of his wife Janine told ABC News it was "fun to work with them again."

"Those children are so lovable. They just want to hug you. They're full of love and full of joy. They were great."
