Peri-peri chicken portions

Spicy stuff! This dish can also be oven roasted.

Preparation: More than 2 hours

Serves: 4



2 cloves garlic, peeled

5 ml peri-peri, spice

10 ml paprika

2 tbsp salt and milled pepper, course

1/4 cups PnP lemon juice

45 ml PnP olive oil

1 packet chicken, braai pack


  • Crush marinade ingredients using a pestle and mortar,until a thick paste forms.
  • Rub marinade onto chicken pieces and leave to stand for 2 - 3 hours or overnight
  • Braai over medium coals until chicken is golden brown and cooked through
  • Serve with salad and lemon wedges
