Prince George is officially a schoolboy!

Dressed in a blue jacket and carrying a backpack, the royal tot was too cute for words as he started his schooling yesterday at Westacre Montessori School Nursery in Norfolk, eastern England. “It went well,” a palace source told People magazine about George’s first day at the school, which is only a short distance from the royal family’s country home, Anmer Hall.

He will be attending the school on a part-time basis.

"There's no set format, but it will be roughly around a couple of days a week," said the source.

To mark the prince's first day at school, the Kensington Palace released two adorable photos taken by the Duchess of Cambridge. Fortunately, Prince George's first day was noticeably more laidblack than his uncle Prince Harry's. On his first day, Prince Harry was greeted by a huge crowd of paparazzi watching from across the street.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are said to be "grateful" for the public's support for the privacy of their family.
