Pork steak with green beans and tomatoes

Did you know you can prepare and serve this yummy dish in less than an hour's time?

Serves 4

Preparation time: 5 min

Cooking time: 15 min

4 pork steaks, 250 g each

30 ml (2 T) oil

salt and freshly ground black pepper

100 g cherry tomatoes

10 ml (2 t) butter

100 g green beans

5 ml (1 t) crushed garlic

mashed potatoes to serve

1    Preheat the oven to 200 °C.

2    Rub each steak with oil and seal in a hot griddle pan for 2 minutes on each side.

3    Transfer to a baking sheet with the cherry tomatoes and roast for 5 minutes.

4    Meanwhile heat the butter in a frying pan over medium heat and fry the green beans for 3 minutes. Stir in garlic.

5    Serve the steak with the beans, tomatoes and mashed potatoes.
