Pork with rice noodles

You don’t need a lot of time to make a great meal. This one is quick and easy!

Serves: 4 Preparation time: 5 min Cooking time: 10 min

180 g rice noodles

60 ml (¼ c) honey

30 ml (2 T) soy sauce

80 ml (? c) water

2,5 ml (½ t) chilli powder

1 garlic clove

15 ml (1 T) oil

300 g pork fillet

baby spinach

1. Place noodles in a bowl and pour boiling water over. Leave for 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.

2. Place honey, soy sauce, water, chilli and garlic in a bowl and combine. Heat a pan over high heat, rub oil over the pork fillet and cook for 1 minute on each side. Add honey mixture and simmer for 5 minutes or until fillet is cooked.

3. In an oiled pan add spinach and cook for 3 minutes or until wilted. Divide noodles and spinach between the plates and top with the pork and sauce.
