Rick Salomon is seeking an annulment from Pamela Anderson, citing fraud.

Last week it was reported that Pamela had filed divorce papers for a third time, citing irreconcilable differences, ending the couple's short-lived marriage.

However, TMZ now reports that Rick has filed papers of his own, asking that the marriage be annulled on the grounds of fraud.

According to documents obtained by the website, the 47-year-old has insisted he has "solid proof" that the former Baywatch actress tricked him into getting married.

The pair confirmed they had wed for a second time in January 2014. While they kept details under wraps, it was thought to have occurred during the Christmas holidays while they were vacationing.

They were previously married for just 10 weeks after tying the knot in Las Vegas in October 2007.

Their second marriage quickly proved not to be smooth sailing either, though. Pamela, also 47, first filed for divorce on July 3, 2014, though she asked that the judge discard the filing soon after. It was rumoured that she filed the papers as a wake-up call to her husband and never planned on going through with the divorce. However, that appears not to be the case this time around.

Rick, a professional poker player who is wealthy in his own right, has reportedly asked the judge to rule out any community property in the settlement.

His lawyer, Richard Schonfeld, previously represented Britney Spears following her quickie wedding in Las Vegas to childhood friend Jason Alexander in 2004.
