Spaghetti hake

A tasty pasta with a healthy twist.

Serves 4 Preparation: 10 min Cooking: 10 min

30 g butter

15 ml (1 T) oil

200 g hake fillet

250 ml (1 c) cream

60 ml (¼ c) white wine

60 ml (¼ c) sweet chilli sauce

salt and pepper

400 g spaghetti, cooked

basil to garnish

Heat the butter and oil in a frying pan over medium heat and cook the fish for 3 minutes on each side or until golden. Remove from the pan and set aside.

Wipe out the pan and pour in the cream, wine and sweet chilli sauce. Simmer over low heat for 3 minutes or until slightly reduced.

Flake the fish and add to the cream mixture. Season with salt and pepper and stir in the cooked pasta. Serve garnished with basil.
