Any parent knows that putting a baby to sleep is a massive challenge, but a mother from Durban has mastered this with some ingenious James Bond-esque technique.

Caryn Morris (32) of Hillcrest would be wracked with anxiety every time she’d put her 15-month-old baby, Brody, into his cot.

The Morris family has cameras in their home and one of those cameras filmed Caryn sliding out of bedroom on her back in order to not be seen by the tot.

Her husband, Tyrone, shared the video on his Facebook page where it got more than 160 000 views.

“The best thing about having cameras in your house is watching your wife trying to exit the room after putting your son down,” he wrote alongside the video.

“Sometimes you have to use your initiative for your exit.

“The SA Army are calling me for you to do training on the reverse leopard crawl,” he joked.
