Everybody fakes a sickie now and then -- but this student took it to the next level.

Columbia University student Terrell Finner showed his creative side in a bid to skip a tough exam.

The pre-med student from New York shared images of himself in what appears to be a hospital gown, with tubes up his nose and a patient tag.

Posted to Snapchat with the captions “God got me” and “Current situation”, the pictures showed Terrell looking decidedly worse for wear.

Terrell then took to Twitter writing, “I’m emailing these pics to my chem prof bc I had a nosebleed & had to be hospitalized & can’t take this midterm Wed. [sic]”

But all was not what it seemed! The oxygen tubes turned out to be a pair of earphones shoved up his nose. The tube across his arm? His Macbook Pro charger. The paper tag was scribbled by himself, and his hospital gown was just a bedsheet. Since posting the selfies online earlier this month, the prankster earned himself plenty of Twitter attention. For his newfound fans, Terell shared another Snapchat with his earphones stuffed up his nose captioned: “Got dischrged from hospital. Gotta have oxygen tho. [sic]”
