Tuna tomato pasta

Serves 4 Preparation: 5 min Cooking: 15 min

300 g pasta shells

15 ml (1 T) oil

4 garlic cloves, chopped

handful of fresh parsley, chopped

400 g whole cherry tomatoes

salt and pepper

20 g butter

2 cans (170 g each) tuna in oil

1. Cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water until just done. Drain and set aside.

2. Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and parsley and cook for 1 minute or until fragrant.

3. Stir in the tomatoes and season with salt and pepper. Cook over low heat for 10 minutes or until the sauce has thickened.

4. Stir in the butter and tuna, cook for 1 minute then stir in the cooked pasta.
