We’re gearing you up with a fancy snack arsenal for those summer get-togethers. After all the winter comfort food it’s time to refresh your inner foodie and bring the #JustDelicious flair to summer snacking.

Ingredients

100g Eskort Liver Spread

100g Eskort Bacon Spread

1 French baguette30ml (2T) olive oil

10ml (2t) coarse salt

Raspberry marmalade

1 brown onion, sliced

250ml (1c) raspberry jam

To serve

250g cream cheese

1 lemon

Method

  • Preheat the oven to 190ºc.
  • Slice the baguette, drizzle with the oil and sprinkle with salt. Toast in the oven until golden and crispy.

Raspberry Marmalade

  • In a small saucepan, fry the onion until golden and sticky. Remove from the heat, cool slightly and stir through the jam.

To serve

  • In a small mixing bowl, combine the liver and bacon spreads.
  • Spread the baguette slices with the spread mixture, top with the cream cheese and raspberry marmalade and serve with a slice of lemon.
