Satisfy your taste buds this sunny season with a #JustDelicious summer sarmie – super quick, super easy and super Delicious.

Ingredients

1 Ciabatta loaf, sliced

500g Eskort Chicken Braai Burgers

butter

1 garlic clove

Coleslaw

250g green cabbage

250g red cabbage

juice of 1 lime

125ml (½ c) sour cream

125ml (½ c) tangy mayonnaise

chives, chopped

salt and freshly ground pepper

To serve

Handful edible flowers

Method

  • Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
  • Lightly toast the ciabatta slices with some butter in a frying pan then rub with the garlic.
  • Place the chicken patties on a baking sheet and cook in the oven for 15-20 minutes.

Coleslaw

  • Shed the cabbages and add to a large bowl. Add the lime juice, sour cream, mayonnaise and chives and season with salt and pepper.

To serve

  • Add a cooked patty to the ciabiatta, top with coleslaw and garnish with edible flowers.
