Percival "Percy" Tucker, born on 10 July 1928, hailed from the same town as Charlize Theron and the same school as Princess Charlene of Monaco. He was a pioneer ahead of his time, with an unwithering and intense passion for the entertainment industry.

"I couldn't sing or dance. The only thing I was good at was selling tickets," he once told Christina Kennedy in an interview with Business Day in 2011.
