On 26 March 2021, artist Lil Nas X dropped his unabashedly queer as in f*** you music video to the song, Montero (Call Me By Your Name). In it, the musician known for his sweeper hit Old Town Road, pole dances his way to hell after being seduced by a serpent creature bearing his likeness. Playing a pink guitar under in a garden that may be Eden, Lil Nas X is approached by a seductive and suggestive snakelike creature. He tries to escape, and fails, his mouth meeting that of the serpent Lilith (the first wife of Adam according to Jewish mythology), and not the infamous apple.
