  • The 29-year-old's made claims that he was duped into marrying the 53-year-old, while she claims she was caught in a "romance scam" and he just used her.

Baby Girl Lisa and SojaBoy have called it quits.

The 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days couple, Lisa Hamme and husband Usman Umar, aka SojaBoy, met over the internet and spoke for nine months before getting engaged. The 53-year-old Pennsylvania native won over the 29-year-old Nigerian rapper and his traditional family after he proposed, without seeing her in person before. Their eventual meeting and walk down the aisle played out on season four of the hit TLC reality show.

The couple has been estranged for more than six months now though, but are making things official by filing for divorce, reports E! News. Or at least, SojaBoy is.

The rapper confirmed in an interview with InTouch that he had sent the necessary documentation to Lisa – but "she [doesn't want to] accept it".

"Lisa and I are no longer together, she was served [papers] last week, and she [doesn't want to] accept it," he said, adding that when his lawyer tried to talk to her, she "cut the call".

SojaBoy added that he is happier "without the drama" in his life. Eek.

Though Baby Girl Lisa has not responded to comments on their split, in the past, she has opened up about their relationship being a "romance scam".

According to Us Weekly, in an Instagram Live, she said: "He used me. He married me just to be on a TV show that people would recognise his name to sell his music... He thinks it's just him, he thinks he's going to do what he wants, and he's never going to apologise for anything he's ever said bad about me."

Usman has refuted the claims, saying he was, in fact, the one who was duped into marrying Lisa.

"Is either I was brain washed or I was charmed by this woman, look at my mom and brother's faces they were all not happy but I keep on going,[sic]" he's previously shared on Instagram. Yikes.
