Justin Bieber angers former neighbour for skipping deposition to be with Hailey Baldwin

Cape Town – Justin Bieber has still not made amends with a former neighbour, who is suing the singer for reportedly egging his house.

ICYMI, Jeffrey Schwartz filed a lawsuit against Justin claiming the Love Yourself hitmaker egged his house as well as spat in his face and terrorised his family with loud parties, drug use and aggressive driving.

Justin was charged with vandalism and remains on probation. But he has since repaid the family roughly $80k in restitution for the damage he caused.

According to TMZ, a judge ordered Justin to attend a deposition on 22 June in the ongoing case, which was filed in 2015.

According to new legal documents, obtained by the entertainment website, Justin was a no show at the deposition appointment and instead opted to stay in New York with Hailey Baldwin.

Photos taken on the same day, show the couple kissing in a park in Brooklyn.

This is the fifth time in 2 years that the 24-year-old has not shown up for a deposition appointment pertaining to the case, Daily Mail reports.

Jeffrey is now calling for Justin to be arrested and fined $1 000.

In response to request for comment, Justin’s legal tea, told TMZ the Sorry singer provided alternative dates for the deposition and has not personally been involved in the lawsuit.
