The search for love has ended for Love is Blind star, Jessica Batten.

The 34-year-old was a contestant on the first season of the Netflix reality dating show in which singles try to find a match and fall in love - without ever seeing each other face-to-face.

Jessica had a rollercoaster relationship with Mark Cuevas on the show; she initially said yes to the proposal but ended up leaving him at the altar.

Since the show, Jessica took some time for herself, went for therapy and moved to Los Angeles with her dog.

Now it seems that the experience was all worth it as Jessica revealed her new boyfriend, Dr Benjamin McGrath, a foot and ankle surgeon from California.

Alongside two photos on Instagram, she wrote: "Happy Fourth! Freedom isn't free. I'm thankful to be able to follow my heart and choose my own happiness. I hope you all do the same!

"For those who have asked, this is why I would do it all over again. Can't wait to share some of our adventures," she ended the post.

Jessica's one-time fiancé Mark was recently in the news. The fitness instructor was reportedly seeing Lauren 'LC' Chamblin - another contestant on the show – but they broke up amid cheating rumours.
