Mary-Kate Olsen and Olivier Sarkozy have split.

The couple first started making headlines in 2012 before tying the knot in 2015.

Now, the actress turned fashion designer has filed an emergency order to split from the French banker, reports TMZ.

According to the publication, court documents show that she first attempted to file for divorce in April, but was delayed by the ongoing coronavirus as New York City is not accepting divorce filings, other than in emergency cases.

The 33-year-old claims she wants to divorce to go through as soon as possible as Olivier is trying to kick her out of their New York City apartment; she says he's already terminated their lease. She says the only way to prevent the 50-year-old from getting rid of her things is to file for divorce as it would "trigger an automatic court order preventing him from disposing of her property".

She also states she would like their prenuptial agreement to be enforced.

According to E! News, twin sister, Ashley Olsen, is helping Mary-Kate through this time. The two are staying together with friends during the split that's turned "ugly" and become a "heated divorce."

"It's gotten very ugly between them," an insider shared with the entertainment site. "She's done with constant drama."
