Nickayla Rivera, the sister of Naya Rivera who tragically died in a drowning accident in July, has addressing rumours she's moved in with the Glee star's ex, actor Ryan Dorsey.
Naya was married to Ryan for two years, and the two shared son, Josey together, who was with his mom when she drowned in a California lake.
"In the darkest time of my life, the only thing that is important is my friends & family. Showing up for my nephew, even though I can't show up for myself," Nickayla Rivera wrote on her Instagram Stories on Monday, before seemingly addressing rumours that she'd moved in with her sister's ex.
"I'm not concerned with the way things look because no one can see each agonizing moment we all endure," she continued.
"What matters most I've learned, is to show compassion, not to judge others, & never take a moment of life for granted. I hope you all do the same."

Sister,? ? There are no words to describe my love for you. Side by side or miles apart, our connection is infinite. Our bond is unbreakable. We were complete opposites, yet simultaneously the same. The yin to my yang. I never knew that by losing you, I would find so much of you in myself. ? ? I’ve never known a life without you in it & still can’t imagine it. My world is turned upside down. But through it all, everything we were, we are still. I’ll always look at you with the same eyes as I did when I was young.? ? My shmaya, I’ll love you for eternity & miss you every second of my life. ??
Now, Ryan has also responded to the rumours the two are in a relationship, calling them "absurd" in an emotional video on Instagram.
The actor said Nickayla moved in to help out with Josey, who requested his aunt stay with them, and she's uprooted her entire life for her nephew. "To have a young woman who is his blood, his Titi, who is willing to put her life on hold and sacrifice things, uproot her situation for the betterment of your child," he said of Nickayla.
He also spoke about how Josey's had to grow up really quickly in the tearful video after witnessing his mother's death. He was still hopeful they would find Naya alive, Ryan shared.
"You know he's so smart and you know he witnessed a nightmare right before his eyes," Ryan said. "Then when you're with him every day during this, with his grandpas, and his grandmas, and his aunts and his uncles, and his whole family, and all you have is each other to lean on and to cry with, and you go through this nightmare. It's sad. The reality hits you and the grieving can start, but the sadness gets heavier because you know you're going to have to have conversation one on one with a little boy and tell him about our new reality."
Ryan added that he explained to Josey that his mom was in heaven. He said his son replied: "Well, I want to go there. How do I get there?"
