- FKA twigs has filed a lawsuit against her ex, Shia LaBeouf, accusing him of sexual battery, assault, infliction of emotional distress and knowingly giving her an STD.
- "What I went through with Shia was the worst thing I've ever been through in the whole of my life," she said.
- Shia has denied many of the allegations, but said he was in no position "to tell anyone how my behaviour made them feel".
- Australian singer, Sia, has since come forward, also accusing the actor of hurting her "emotionally".
Sia is also speaking out about Shia LeBeouf following FKA twigs' lawsuit against him.
In case you missed it, FKA twigs filed a lawsuit on Friday accusing the actor of sexual battery, assault and infliction of emotional distress, reports E! News.
The 32-year-old dated the Transformers star after meeting him in 2018 on the set of his autobiographical film Honey Boy, but split from him in 2019 with the help of a therapist.
She also claims that the actor knowingly gave her an STD.
"What I went through with Shia was the worst thing I've ever been through in the whole of my life. I don't think people would ever think that it would happen to me. But I think that's the thing. It can happen to anybody," the singer has told The New York Times.
Shia has since responded and said though "many" of the allegations were not true he was in no position "to tell anyone how my behaviour made them feel".
"I have no excuses for my alcoholism or aggression, only rationalisations. I have been abusive to myself and everyone around me for years," he told the Times. "I have a history of hurting the people closest to me. I'm ashamed of that history and am sorry to those I hurt. There is nothing else I can really say."
Now, Sia has taken to social media praising FKA twigs for being "courageous" and speaking out, reports People.
"I'm very proud of you," she said, to which the fellow singer responded: "love you back @Sia you're an inspiration and thank you everyone for your love and solidarity."

In another tweet, the Australian singer, who you'll recall featured Shia in her Cheap Thrills video alongside Maddie Ziegler in 2015, accused the actor of hurting her "emotionally".
"I too have been hurt emotionally by Shia, a pathological liar, who conned me into an adulterous relationship claiming to be single," she said.
Shia was in a relationship with Mia Goth at the time that her music video was filmed and released.
"I believe he's very sick and have compassion for him AND his victims," Sia added in her tweet. "Just know, if you love yourself- stay safe, stay away."
Shia has yet to respond to Sia's comments – and this is the first time either have made mention of any romantic relationship.
