Cape Town – Don Saldino – Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively's personal trainer – posted a picture of the Deadpool actor on Wednesday. And we know we're supposed to be reading all about his How to look like a Superhero podcast, but we just can't seem to focus our attention.
"Here is a never before seen pic of @vancityreynolds during his prep for @deadpoolmovie 2," he revealed. "This guy keeps getting better every year!"
"To listen to the 'How to look like a Superhero' podcast swipe up in my stories," he posted.
But we'll be honest, we didn't get to that last part yet.

Don told Men's Health to get into shape for Deadpool 2 they eliminated a lot of abdominal training they used to do.
"In the beginning, he would start every workout with a lot of abs, but he's come to realize that a lot of his abdominal work comes down to the heavy lifting, pulling and squatting he ends up doing. All those exercises are really focusing on that abdominal wall."
With his busy schedule, the 42-year-old doesn't always have a lot of time on his hands to work out, so they use their time as efficiently as possible, mostly making use of Don's full-body circuit to make sure Ryan's body "is moving as well as it looks".
